BRIEFS: Paralegal group to focus on cyber theft

The Western New York Paralegal Association says its next general membership meeting will focus on how the FBI investigates electronic crimes through its Cyber Crimes Division.  The lunchtime session is scheduled for Oct. 18 at the offices of Phillips Lytle LLP, 3400 HSBC Center, Buffalo. Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel to present health-care seminar

Disare to discuss church business administrators

Attorney Melinda Disare will discuss the New York State Wage Theft Prevention Act for the Western New York chapter of the National Association of Church Business Administrators, Oct. 20 at Eastern Hills Wesleyan Church. She is a partner in the labor and employment practice group at Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel. She concentrates her practice on representation of public and private employers in connection with labor relations and employment issues.
