Parkside Village sold for $6 million

Parkside Village mobile home park, one of the region's largest manufactured home communities, has been sold.
The 156-unit park on Crabapple Lane in Cheektowaga was sold by Shamrock Mill Co-Parkside LLC of Paradise Valley, Ariz., to a Clearwater, Fla.-based investment group, GCP Parkside Village LLC.
It's an affiliate of American Land Lease Inc.
According to documents filed in the Erie County Clerk's office, GCP Parkside Village paid $6.05 million.
Built in 1988, Parkside Village sits on 25.3 acres at the intersection of Parkside Drive and Crabapple Lane.
Officials of GCP Parkside Village could not be reached for comment.
