After filling a multi-tenant building on Sheridan Drive, the tandem of Arista Development and Natale Builders is moving ahead with plans for a companion structure.

Robert Nuchereno, Arista president, said construction will likely begin in the next month on an 8,500-square-foot building that will virtually neighbor one his company and Natale constructed at 5530 Sheridan Drive.

"That's our goal," he said.

No tenants have been signed, but he said he expects it will be filled with a mix of professional offices.

The 17,000-square-foot building that was recently filled is anchored by the offices of attorney Michael Berger, but it also is home to three medical offices.

"The new building will likely have the same mix," Nuchereno said.
