SBDC to host Google trainer

The Small Business Development Center at Buffalo State College is welcoming Google trainer Seth Meyerowitz for a presentation on Internet marketing best practices for small companies.
The seminar, which costs $50 per person, is scheduled for 4:30-7:30 p.m., July 26 at the Bulger Communications Building on campus.
Meyerowitz, a graduate of the University at Buffalo, is among a handful of certified Google trainers nationwide.
In the first session, he will cover a variety of Google tools, including search engine optimization, Google alerts, Google places, Google AdWords (paid search marketing), Google Analytics and Google WebMaster Tools.
The second part will examine Google rankings, understanding keywords, advertising campaign structures and how to write effective ads.
