Entrepreneurs from around the world will be joined by their leadership teams Jan. 11 at Hyatt Regency Buffalo to learn about how to grow their businesses.

The session grew from an idea that Brian Brault had. Brault, who is CEO of PURE Solutions NA in Cheektowaga, is a member of the international peer group Entrepreneurs Organization. It's a network of business owners with at least $1 million in annual revenues who share experiences to help build their teams and organizations.

Each spring, Brault facilitates a class of 65 entrepreneurs from all over the world whose companies are positioned to grow. Called the "Entrepreneurial Masters Program," and conducted through Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, they focus on four areas: people, cash, execution and strategy.

On Jan. 11, entrepreneurs who attend the daylong session titled "Building the Better Entrepreneur, Building the Better Company, Building the Better Team" will learn the ins and outs of preparing for growth. Alongside them will be those tapped to execute the strategies.

"We are blending entrepreneurs and some of their key team members for a day to listen to top three-rated speakers from (the Entrepreneurial Masters) program," Brault said.

Attendees will be able to work in teams on their plans and then execute them, he said. More than 100 people are expected to attend the session, which starts at 9 a.m.

Scheduled to speak are Barrett Ersek of Happy Lawn of America Inc.; Cameron Herold, formerly of 1-800-GOT JUNK?; and John DeHart of Nurse Next Door.
