Phillips Lytle attorney to speak at local summit
His practice focuses on employee benefits law and related retirement and estate planning considerations, as well as health law compliance for health-care providers. He will discuss "Legal Aspects of Value-Based Insurance Designs."
Brand was recently named to the 2010 list of New York State Super Lawyers Upstate for his work in the areas of employee benefits/ERISA. He serves on the board of directors of Summit Educational Resources Inc. and also is a board member and immediate past chairman of St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute board of trustees. Brand is co-chair of the Aging with Honor Committee for the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, as well.
