The former Red Door Ski Shop property in Williamsville has been acquired by Iskalo Development Co.

The real estate developer, through its Iskalo 6011 Main LLC affiliate, bought the 4,600-square-foot building on Main Street from Kathryn Denzel and Michael Miller for $360,500, according to public documents filed in the Erie County Clerk's office.

Paul Iskalo said he expects to renovate the building and look for tenants.

"We purchased the Red Door Ski Shop property because it is a highly visible location for retail, office and medical users and adds to our strong portfolio of properties along Main Street in Williamsville," he said. "We are going to do significant renovations to the interior and exterior of the building, which we expect will generate additional leasing interest in the property."

Red Door, earlier this year, moved to Transitown Plaza.
