Appraiser faces new charges over alleged Cuomo threats
Bryan Cameron said Dec. 21 he did not know what the new charges were against Jack Geoghan. He said Geoghan, of Bayport, could be arraigned sometime this week.
Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota declined to comment.
Earlier this month, the 45-year-old Geoghan pleaded not guilty to making a terrorist threat and aggravated harassment. He allegedly made a comment about wanting to shoot Cuomo during an angry phone rant to a state-office receptionist.
Geoghan is a real estate appraiser opposed to the attorney general's efforts to reform that industry.
