SPRINGVILLE (AP) - A 34-year-old western New York man with 18 previous license suspensions and revocations faces felony charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
Erie County sheriff's deputies say James Slattery was arrested Saturday night south of Buffalo in Springville by a deputy responding to a reckless-driving complaint.
Deputies say Slattery's license was revoked for previous DWI convictions. He is being held without bail pending his arraignment in village court.
It could not immediately be determined whether Slattery had a lawyer.
