300 Main Street site up for sale
Business First
A historic downtown building owned by a Buffalo law firm has been placed on the market.
Rosenthal Siegel Muenkel & Meyers LLP is seeking $850,000 for the 15,000-square-foot building at 300 Main St. The firm has retained Howard Saperston Jr. from Saperston Real Estate Corp. to sell the property.
"There's been some interest already, and we're just starting to show the building," Saperston said.
One prospective buyer suggested that office space could be converted into apartments, Saperston said.
Rosenthal Siegel plans to either move or to lease its space back from the building's new owners.
Besides the law firm, the building houses two restaurants: a Subway outlet and Chop-Chop, both of which have long term leases.
The building was constructed between 1871 and 1891.
