Transactions: July saw several 7-figure deals

Four real estate transactions broke the million-dollar barrier in the Buffalo area in July, according to records released Thursday morning by the Erie County Clerk's Office.

A $5.1 million deal in Hamburg topped the list, followed by a pair of million-plus transactions in Buffalo and one in Clarence.

The following are the 50 largest real-estate deals finalized in Erie County in July. They're listed in order of value, with the address and town or city coming first, along with the parties involved and the value:

• 4085-4098 Big Tree Road, Hamburg, was purchased by Newell Heights Inc. from Wynterbrook Apartments LP on July 9 for $5,100,000.

• 85 West Mohawk St., Buffalo, was purchased by Elmo Development LLC from BSC Tower LLC on July 17 for $2,150,000.

• Roll Road, Clarence, was purchased by PDH Holdings LLC from CMB Windsor LLC on July 22 for $1,750,000.

• 315 Ship Canal Parkway, Buffalo, was purchased by 315 Ship Canal Parkway LLC from Buffalo Urban Development Corp. on July 30 for $1,173,050.

• 5007 Rockhaven Dr., Clarence, was purchased by Kevin R. Darrington from Max T. Henderson Jr. and Leann N. Henderson on July 10 for $950,000.

• 9134 Curry Lane, Clarence, was purchased by Michael A. Marino from Jack Devere Development Inc. on July 11 for $950,000.

• 3144 Orchard Park Road, Orchard Park, was purchased by DTM Enterprises Inc. from Smith & Schulte Furniture Inc. on July 14 for $870,000.

• 6132 Lakeshore Road, Hamburg, was purchased by Kevin M. O'Connor and Virginia M. O'Connor from William R. Barrett on July 29 for $815,000.

• 5165 Main St., Amherst, was purchased by Sarjuda's Main Street LLC from 2113 Factory Outlet Boulevard LLC on July 28 for $780,000.

• 9 Bobbie Lane, Amherst, was purchased by Faizan Haq and Riffat Sadiq Haq from Mahmood Yoonessi and Shams M. Yoonessi on July 25 for $740,000.

• 1927 Electric Ave., Hamburg, was purchased by IB Property Holdings LLC from Mohammad I. Charlie, by referee, on July 7 for $729,545.

• 1296 Oakland Place, Buffalo, was purchased by Paul V. Wittenbrink and Niama A. Mian from Sandra J. Schultz on July 31 for $635,000.

• 40 Woodthrush Trail, Orchard Park, was purchased by Daniel R. Olney and Shannon O. Olney from MJ Peterson/Tucker Homes LLC on July 29 for $618,900.

• 635 N. Forest Road, Amherst, was purchased by Claus Lund and Carolyn E. Lund from Sue Y. Kim and Young H. Kim, survivors of, on July 15 for $585,000.
