Some changes have been made to our online Public Record section. As a subscriber you will find searching and browsing the data is much more user friendly. We have created databases that can be searched in a number of different ways. The data goes back to January of 2008 for each of the following:
- New York State Bankruptcies for the Western District
- City of Buffalo Building Permits
- Erie County Deeds & Mortgages
- Erie County Judgments
- Erie County DBA filings
- Erie County Lis Pendens
- Erie County Warrants & Satisfied Warrants
- Erie County Mechanics Liens & Discharged Mechanics Liens
- Federal Tax Liens & Released Federal Tax Liens
For a limited time Erie County Deeds & Mortgages will be available for anyone to access.
The remaining of databases will appear under the Public Record tab on the above main menu bar once you are logged into our site with your user name and password.
Access to these databases are included with print subscription to the Buffalo Law Journal.
